Developing Our Christmas Range

It is absolutely no secret that I love Christmas, everything from the brightly coloured tree lights to the scent of old tinsel when you take it out of the box, smelling of decades old joy.

One of my favourite products to work on is the festive selection each year, it gives me a chance to delve into my inner love of whimsy and kitsch and really indulge my inner child.

Christmas products for the shop, for me, start way, way earlier in the year, usually in the spring months and the lead time to come up with ideas, design, sample and approved designs takes months and months of hard work and toil, to ensure that everything is just right…

You will have seen that the Christmas shop is now open, so what are my favourite items this season?

I absolutely love Christmas candles, they really add warmth and create a fabulous mood around the festive season, not to mention filling your home with evocative scents.  In addition to our best-selling candle last year, ‘Dusty’ Tinsel’ we have introduced a fresh new scent for 2022, ‘Yuletide Felicitations’ I wanted to create a complex aroma that filled your home with the scent of freshly cut, spruce Christmas trees, but what I didn’t want was something that smelt like pine fresh toilet cleaner!  I do think, however we have got it just right with this warm and woody scent with top notes of Siberian pine.

We have also reintroduced our Pandora acrylic decorations, popular last year, they are inspired by rare Panora decorations of the 60s and 70s, if you want to read more about them, you can HERE.

We of course have selections of home ware, including our famous 70s design tea towels, but we also have some festive favourites.  Flock Reindeer have been introduced to compliment our creepy flock Santa, who makes a re-appearance for 2022 in a new colourway.  To compliment these, we have a range of placemats, coasters and mugs.

We will also be stocking badges for the first time this year, after our give away last year so many of you wanted to get your hands on them, we decided to introduce these into the range as stocking fillers.  These, along with everything else we produce are made, right here, in the UK.
